Host
Eric grew up in Montecito, California, and now lives in Orange County, but his family has had roots in Tucson since the '80s, and he lived there for almost a decade. He has lived in all three of our homes and helped remodel, furnish and design them. Away from hosting, he loves traveling, staying in other Airbnbs and exploring new places.

Downtown UA Oasis
His first remodel
The Downtown UA Oasis was the first home Eric remodeled, and the gorgeous marble tile turned out just the way he hoped. Thoughtful windows let you smell the roses, the citrus trees mean fresh lemons right on the property, and you can look out toward the Catalina Mountains.

At the Central Desert Oasis, Eric is proud that we chose a really unique stone for the countertops, and of how we positioned and designed the bathrooms and redesigned parts of the home.

Puglia, Italy
A stay in Puglia was one of the most beautiful experiences Eric has had, and a small world too: the host was from Carlsbad, California, where some of his family has lived. What stayed with him were the little things, like the decor and how well the house, the grounds and the pool were cared for and maintained.

If your home has a pool, lounge by it (and in it). Then a delicious lunch, maybe at Char's Thai.

Relax at the house and enjoy the A/C, or head to Reid Park to play tennis or walk your dog.
