Privacy policy
Your privacy, in plain words
Tucson Oasis Rentals is a small website run by Eric & David, the two people who host the three homes on this site. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. Last updated September 29, 2026.
What we collect
When you send us a message
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), which home you're interested in, your check-in and check-out dates, how many guests, whether you're bringing pets, and your message. That's everything — we don't collect anything else, and you don't need an account to use this site.
We don't run advertising or tracking tools on this site, and we don't use cookies to follow you around the internet.
How we use it
Only to plan your stay
We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry, answer questions, check whether our homes are free for your dates, and coordinate your stay if you book with us. Every message also saves to a private inbox on our website and emails us a copy, so nothing gets lost.
If you send a message, we keep it so we have a record of the conversation. If you'd like us to delete it, just ask — see "Your choices" below.
Who sees it
Just the two of us
Only Eric and David can read the messages sent through this site, through a password-protected inbox. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone else except what's needed to deliver email (the email service that sends your confirmation and your message to us).
If you follow a link from our site to Airbnb — for example, to read reviews or check a listing — Airbnb handles your information under Airbnb's own privacy policy. We don't receive any information from Airbnb about you through those links.
Your choices
Update or delete your information
You can ask us at any time to update or delete the information you've sent us, or to stop contacting you. Send us a note through our contact page and one of us will take care of it right away.
Changes
If this policy changes
If we ever change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and note the date above. Small business, small changes — we'll keep this page easy to read either way.
