We're Eric & David, Superhosts of three homes in central Tucson. Tucson was home for both of us for years, and we've lived in all three of these homes ourselves. Today we host from Southern California, with our maintenance team on call locally and quick replies from us.

Eric grew up in Montecito, California, and now lives in Orange County, but his family has had roots in Tucson since the '80s, and he lived there for almost a decade. He has lived in all three of our homes and helped remodel, furnish and design them. Away from hosting, he loves traveling, staying in other Airbnbs and exploring new places.

David grew up in Miami and moved to Tucson for a job. He lived there for eight years, bought the home that's now our Central Desert Oasis in 2019, then relocated to California to be closer to Eric's family. An electrical engineer by day, he spends his free time on CrossFit-style workouts, rock climbing and hobby projects.

Raised on the East Coast in Florida, he's lived on both coasts of the U.S. and traveled around the world.
He has two fluffball cats, Baxter and Brownie, and can't resist them.
David got into hosting through his realtor, who introduced him to short- and medium-term rentals for traveling professionals, starting with a home that had a guest house he could rent out. He taught Eric everything he knew about Airbnb. These homes are special to us because we've lived in all of them: each one is our home.

Puglia, Italy
A stay in Puglia was one of the most beautiful experiences Eric has had, and a small world too: the host was from Carlsbad, California, where some of his family has lived. What stayed with him were the little things, like the decor and how well the house, the grounds and the pool were cared for and maintained.
David's pick
Tamarindo, Costa Rica
In Tamarindo, we stayed at a home on the edge of a cliff overlooking the town and the bay, owned by a French family who hosted remotely. It felt welcoming and cozy at the same time, gave our group a real family feel, and let us enjoy every bit of the property.

Downtown UA Oasis
Eric's first remodel
Gorgeous marble tile, windows where you can smell the roses, citrus trees with fresh lemons, and views toward the Catalina Mountains. MotoSonora Brewing is about a two-minute walk.
David reworked the floor plan for a more open feel, while giving the primary and guest bedrooms each their own private space instead of a shared bathroom. Eric chose a really unique stone for the countertops and designed the bathrooms.
Bring plenty of water, and don't underestimate the desert.
